WE all need to be positive and always stay motivated. One has to think positive and allow positive thoughts, positive ideas, positive feelings, positive blessings, positive energy and positive power to flow into a person and such positivity will alone make the person healthier and happier. A person’s mind has a conscious and a sub conscious mind. By being positive signals are sent to the ever-working sub conscious mind to tune to such positivity and work for the betterment of the person.

Today’s life has become more and more mechanical in nature. One has to find time to ensure that there is enough food for the sub conscious mind. There are several ways to do such things. One of the best ways is to wake up early and go for a morning walk or jogging. Tuning one’s own breathing in such a way that the breathing is always in one’s own control can make the person positive and motivated. Yoga enables a human being to have control on breathing. All ills associated with blood pressure and other such mental issues can be controlled thru breathing exercises. Yoga enables controlled breathing which makes the body and soul relax.

Always being joyful, cheerful and happy will make a person stay motivated. Whatever be the situation one has to learn to live with a smile on the face. By using wit and humour in tense situations one can stay relaxed. By sitting down in a place and close one’s eyes and do few breathing exercises will make the person relax and overcome the stressed situation. Not losing temper and by not making the environment negative will bring about cheerfulness amongst colleagues and friends. An everlasting positivity can be brought about by thinking positive about our friends, family members and colleagues. By using the positive power one can come out of illness, health related issues. Positivity can make person to have a sound sleep and healthy body. All illness can be removed by having a sound sleep. Harmonious human relationships come from talking good about others and expecting good for others.

Students can remove fear of failure in exams and interviews by practising to tell sub conscious mind all positive things. Fear of achievements, awards, accolades, rewards can be overcome by employed persons by giving self-belief and self-assurances. One has to believe in oneself. One shud keep telling oneself that if nothing wrong has been done then nothing wrong will happen to him. Never let another people’s negativity overtake us. Home makers can have more relaxed time by tuning into soothing music and by listening to positive religious preaching. Focusing work on one thing at a time is good. Not doing multi-tasking and not trying to fix too many things will cross wire the entire mind. By being focused the work in hand can be done in the most efficient way.

Forgiving people who have hurt us or those who have caused severe inconveniences is also another way to move forward in life. One should never carry baggage of people who hurt us. Our mind will be happier when we wholeheartedly forgive and seeks forgiveness.

The only way to move forward is by staying motivated. By thinking and trying to complete every task on hand is the best way to move forward. Come what may, completing the task in hand is the best way. Even if the task is tough, by trying to reach the desired results is the way ahead in life. One should never give up. One should keep trying and trying. By trying to complete tasks at hand we learn the way to live. Life is a journey and this journey has to be completed. By accomplishing small tasks at hand, we try to complete our life’s journey. What has begun has to end in completion and hence every person should try to complete the journey slowly and steadily. One may not necessarily always achieve the desired results but one should keep trying. Not necessarily one will always succeed, Failure is also OK. One should accept failure to be happy at all situations. We learn by failing. We ultimately succeed climbing the ladder of failure. So, one has to keep trying to complete the works at hand to the best possible capabilities.

Happy Diwali.
